Impulsator® (IPV®) Description:
The Impulsator® is a totally self contained IPV® Therapy System for institutional, as well as Domiciliary use. Ideal for long term daily IPV® Therapy, in all age populations with COPD or Neuromuscular Diseases compromising tracheobronchial drainage. The Impulsator® provides for the best elements of Extrathoracic Percussion (chest clapping), Positive Pressure Stabilization (CPAP) and high volume therapeutic aerosol delivery, without retaining traditional postural drainage positioning within a single therapeutic protocol. In summary, the Impulsator® Percussionator provides for a total Pneumatically powered (self-contained) therapy system for administrating Intrapulmonary Percussive Ventilation (IPV®) for long-term cardiopulmonary care by increasing the mobilization of mucus.
