Ideal for long term daily IPV® Therapy, in all age populations with COPD or Neuromuscular Diseases compromising tracheobronchial drainage. The Impulsator® provides for the best elements of Extrathoracic Percussion (chest clapping), Positive Pressure Stabilization (CPAP) and high volume therapeutic aerosol delivery, without retaining traditional postural drainage positioning within a single therapeutic protocol.
