The Impulsator® IPV® has been widely prescribed for patients with frequent pulmonary complications:

1. Atelectasis and mucus plugging

2. Respiratory infections

3. Thick, sticky secretions

4. Ineffective cough

Diagnoses include, but are not limited to the following diseases:

1. Bronchiectasis

2. COPD

3. Asthma,

4. Stroke

5. ALS

6. Cystic Fibrosis

7. Muscular Dystrophy

The Impulsator® IPV® has been prescribed by physicians nationwide and used in all areas of the hospital, including the ER/ICU/Post OP & general floors.

1. We provide in-home set-up by a licensed Respiratory Therapist.

2. A video showing all applications.

3. A 30/60/90 day patient assessment.

4. Tracking for patient compliance.

5. A Patient Care Coordinator.

Reimbursement:  Percussionaire® will compile and submit all documents/follow through with any issues regarding insurance. We are accepting patients with a qualifying diagnosis for reimbursement. Insurance companies nationwide reimburse for the Impulsator®. Some patients will pay privately for this device. At this time we are not able to accept Medicare/Medicaid.
